Refund policy

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer sizing charts for our products.

637 Co. stands behind its products. If the item is defected, you can return or exchange any item that is in brand-new condition. 

1. Item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase 

2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of body odors/fragrance/hair and in original packaging.

3. Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged 

4. Valid only for orders placed within the United States

Please keep in mind that your return may take several days to reach us. It is important that you keep your tracking number. This is your proof of return (and if anything is lost in the mail, you may contact the carrier to let them know). We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.
